 1. Prices 

All prices shown are wholesale and in US Dollar. Detailed prices will be quoted once we have received your company profile and order information. Prices are our subject to change without notice. 

 2. Orders 

The expected quantity for your first trial order must be approximately a 01×20 FCL, in special cases we can accept LCL delivery. Quantity tolerance is subject to seller’s and buyer’s agreement. When placing an order, you are kindly requested to provide us with all details of the commodities inclusive of item number, descriptions, dimensions, etc…

  3. Packing 

Our packing is seaworthy in carton box. Packing standard is subject to specifications of the goods and upon your request .

  4. Shipment 

Our basic delivery terms are FOB Haiphong,Vietnam. CNF destination port and CIF destination port can be acceptable upon special request. Please kindly keep us informed of all details of delivery such as the port of discharge, shipping agent, permission of partial shipment and transhipment, etc…If no shipping instructions are provided, we will use our own policy to ship via the best economic way. Delivery time in normal way will be made within 30 days from effective order confirmation from the buyer, details will be agreed upon customer`s special requirements.

  5. Payment terms 

The payment is made by Annie’s Farm remittance or irrevocable L/C at sight advised directly through our banks:

You are kindly requested to keep us informed of credit amount and quantity tolerance in advance. Shipping documents required will be subject to seller’s and buyer’s agreement.

  6. Claims

All shipments must be inspected immediately at the destination port and all related claims made within 10 days after this period will not be taken into consideration.
