From our farm, standardized pineapples are harvested then transported to the factory winthin 24 hours and undergoes a modern processing to produce pineapple for sale in the market
Located in Thanh Hoa City, right in center of pineapple growing region in Northern Vietnam, We can undertake a full quality control process production and a supply program round the year against any client’s specific demand.
We work 24/7 with farmers on the farm, providing seeds, technical support such as the method of covering the crop, intercropping, fertilizer application etc. As a result, we can not only have a steady & stable source of raw materials but also high quality & standardized pineapple.
In addition, our technical staff also researches the soil, giving the formula and schedule fertilizer accordingly. Thanks to that, the quality of pineapple is always stable, productivity increased rapidly, reached 60-70 tons per hectare, nearly double compared to 2005.
When arrive to the factory, fresh pineapple must be perfectly ripened, has a natural yellow color and sweet taste. Within 24 hours, pineapple would go through a processing line from aeration, core removing, shelling, spitting, shaping, processing, canning then stablizing in stock for at least 1 week before the packaging process.
All of products come with good quality and are in strict compliance with ISO 22000:2005 & HACCP.
